Job Description

• Preparing tables, chairs, service sets, etc. before service,

• Checking reservations and menus,

• Preparing banquet, buffet, conference, cocktail arrangements,

• Welcoming customers,

• Advising customers on food and beverage selection,

• Taking food and beverage orders from customers,

• Serving food and beverages,

• Collecting the bill,

• Receiving requests and complaints from customers and forwarding them to the authorities,

Qualifications

• *Preferably graduated from the Tourism and Hotel Management departments of colleges / universities

• *High communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office programs and Opera system

• Careful about appearance

• High personal awareness

• Experience in the service sector

• Talented in organization

• Career-oriented in the tourism field

• Loves working in a team and is compatible with teamwork

• Can be involved in social projects followed by the company

• Preferably proficient in English.
