Drive initiatives to optimize logistics, inventory management, and distribution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. Primary areas of focus and performance: Supply chain cost savings and efficiency improvements; Division Profit and loss; New Prime Vendor wins; Customer retention
