About the role
VP Product - Lending/ Consumer tech
Lead multiple products across advisors, customers and partners, spanning loans, insurance and investments: scale the ones we run and take new ones from zero to one.
- Set the portfolio strategy and make growth vs. profitability vs. risk calls with the CEO, CPTO, CFO, Business and Risk leaders.
- AI-first product building
- Design products around what AI can do: advisor copilots, personalised recommendations, vernacular and conversational interfaces, automated servicing.
- Use AI to drive efficiency across onboarding, servicing, operations and collections, lowering cost-to-serve.
- With the Chief AI Officer, set the bar for AI quality: evaluation, guardrails and responsible use in a regulated business.
- Building the team
- Hire and grow senior PMs, design leaders and managers of PMs; set levels, career paths and hiring bars.
- Run the product operating rhythm: planning, metric reviews, launches and field feedback.
Partner with Engineering on onboarding/KYC, decisioning, partner APIs and servicing; build in compliance with RBI digital lending norms and the DPDP Act.
