About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Product Marketing to lead positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy for Egnyte's product portfolio and industry solutions. This role shapes how we communicate value, drives pipeline growth, and differentiates us in a competitive market. Hybrid work in Mountain View, CA with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute the overarching product marketing strategy for Egnyte’s portfolio, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Oversee the development of compelling messaging and positioning for all Egnyte products, collaborating with product management and stakeholders.
- Drive industry-specific marketing initiatives, tailoring value propositions to vertical markets and coordinating with vertical sales teams and subject-matter experts.
- Lead competitive intelligence to inform sales, product, and marketing campaigns.
- Cultivate relationships with industry analysts to position Egnyte as an innovative, valuable solution.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product innovations and features.
- Develop differentiated messaging for Egnyte's AI solutions within the content management and collaboration landscape.
- Partner with sales enablement to equip sellers with tools, messaging, and competitive positioning.
- Establish Egnyte as a thought leader, developing POVs and compelling content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, demand generation, customer success, and others; influence roadmaps and drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of product marketers, fostering innovation and flawless execution.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of progressive experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS with leadership of high-performing teams.
- Strong focus on Artificial Intelligence required.
- Domain expertise in Content Management or Collaboration is a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to articulate complex technologies into clear value propositions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with bias for action; capable of prioritizing multiple projects.
- Collaborative; proven experience partnering with product, marketing, and sales teams.
Nice to Have
- Industry marketing or vertical market experience; experience marketing AI-powered content security or collaboration solutions.
- Experience shaping thought leadership and analyst relations strategy.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $280,000 - $310,000 annually; varies by location, skills, and experience.
