About the Role The VP Product Experience, LEGO Education, will lead the strategic vision and execution of the product experience across LEGO Education's learning solutions. You will work to ensure products engage students, support teachers, and align with curriculum standards, advancing LEGO Education's mission to develop critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and resilience.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of the product experience strategy for LEGO Education, including hands-on learning solutions and classroom-ready materials.
- Partner with educators, curriculum developers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure products meet learning objectives and scale across regions.
- Drive momentum for LEGO Education's recent innovations, including LEGO Education Science and LEGO Education Computer Science & AI, focusing on engagement, inclusion, and confidence-building in STEM.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture and build a high-performing team to deliver innovative learning experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Senior product leadership experience in education, learning platforms, or STEM-focused curriculum products.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators and external partners, translate curriculum standards into product requirements, and drive cross-functional execution.
- Strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for hands-on, play-based learning.
Nice to Have
- Experience with computer science and AI curricula or tools for K-8 education; track record of scaling learning solutions in multiple markets.
