Primary Responsibilities:
- The Vice President, Pharmacy Services serves as the senior pharmacy executive responsible for the strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory leadership of all pharmacy services across Kelsey-Seybold Clinic
- This role oversees retail, specialty, infusion, in-clinic, and ambulatory pharmacy operations while driving growth, operational excellence, quality outcomes, patient experience, and financial performance
- The Vice President collaborates closely with executive leadership, clinical operations, managed care, health plan operations, finance, information technology, and physician leaders to develop innovative pharmacy solutions that optimize clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, pharmaceutical utilization, and organizational performance
- The position provides enterprise-wide oversight for pharmacy strategy, pharmacy contracting, specialty pharmacy growth, supply chain initiatives, and regulatory compliance across a multi-site pharmacy enterprise with responsibility for more than 44 locations and services and over $350 million in annual operating responsibility

Required Qualifications:
- PharmD
- Active Pharmacist license in the state of Texas or the ability to obtain licensure within the first 90 days
- 10+ years of progressive management in pharmacy, including strategic planning, development and monitoring of budgets, and personnel management
- Solid knowledge of current trends in the pharmacy area with ability to assess and identify opportunities to leverage pharmacy expertise to improve quality, safety, patient experience, and financial performance
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of the practice of pharmacy in addition to regulatory standards as well as a history of participation in accreditation surveys
- Knowledgeable of the principles of quality management and have experience in leading Performance Improvement teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills
- Basic business skills, including financial analysis and modeling
- Driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Managed Care contracting for pharmaceutical services
- Project management skills
- Pro forma development & or strong analytical skills
- Proficient in various pharmacy systems and general contract requirements for such systems

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $159,300 - $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
