About the Role The VP of Technology - Head Architect leads architecture for Intuit's Consumer Platform, focusing on delivering scalable SaaS solutions across Tax, Personal Finance, and Money. This executive role reports to the SVP of Engineering and combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic business impact to drive product experiences loved by millions. What You'll Do
- Lead architecture for the Consumer Platform and own the overall technology strategy, with deep ownership of Tax Platform capabilities.
- Translate business strategy into durable technology strategy and solve end-to-end problems for developers and customers.
- Partner with business leadership, Tax and Credit Karma PD teams, functional teams, and the broader Intuit TechEcosystem.
- Serve as talent steward for Distinguished Engineers and Principal Engineers, defining focus areas in partnership with leadership; mentor and attract top engineering talent.
- Be a hands-on technical leader capable of influencing architecture decisions and delivering scalable product experiences. What We're Looking For
- Passion for solving end-to-end problems for developers and customers; strong SaaS product delivery experience.
- Deep SaaS experience delivering new products and experiences at scale for millions of users.
- Leadership of a major platform with ability to guide architecture and technology strategy.
- Business acumen, strategic thinking, hands-on coding experience, AI proficiency and data skills to drive customer and business outcomes.
- Comfort making decisions with imperfect information, balancing precision with speed.
- Ability to guide and inspire teams, attract and develop top talent, and be both a business leader and technology leader.
