- Define and execute product strategy that drives revenue, retention, and growth across enterprise SaaS products.
- Lead and grow a high-performing PM/UX organization and cultivate talent.
- Partner with engineering, customer success, and marketing to deliver company-wide outcomes.
- Drive product discovery and ensure we build what customers will pay for, with a focus on AI-enabled capabilities.
- Work with executive stakeholders and customers to shape long-term product direction and strategy. What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of product management experience, with proven executive leadership (ideally in enterprise SaaS).
- 8+ years leading dynamic product organizations.
- Success defining and executing product strategy that drives revenue, retention, and growth.
- Experience leading high-performing product managers and UX designers.
- History of partnering with engineering, customer success, and marketing to deliver outcomes.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with executive customers and translate insights into product strategy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Thoughtful perspective on AI and its impact on product development. Nice to Have
- Experience applying AI to product development and AI-powered product capabilities. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: U.S. base salary range: $245,000-$320,000, plus profit sharing.
- Benefits: Retirement contributions, medical/dental/vision (many covered at 100%), PTO up to 200 hours/year, parental leave 30-90 days plus paid care/bereavement, learning stipend up to $1,000/year plus paid learning time, volunteer opportunities.
