Who we are looking for
-
An Integrator. You get energy from execution, harmony, and accountability.
-
A hands-on builder. You will not have a large team beneath you for a while. You build the spreadsheet, write the process, run the report, and work the exception list yourself first, and then delegate where possible. Nothing is beneath you.
-
Leader. You can build culture, exhibit influence, and effectively grow a team and lead through people.
-
Both a process author and enforcer. You are a systems thinker who can see the big picture, make it actionable, and then make sure it’s followed.
-
Detail-hungry. You are willing to get in the weeds and find + fix the error.
-
Comfortable in a regulated business. You move fast operationally, but never cross a line or cut corners.
-
Technology savvy. You are comfortable aligning technology systems with operational needs and implementing automations.
-
Values-aligned. Effective communicator, positive attitude, team player, empathetic, and act like an owner.
Experience
Required
-
College graduate, MBA is a plus
-
Prior experience managing/leading teams and developing people
-
Built operating systems and SOPs from scratch; project management experience
-
Previous exposure to accounting, audit and budgeting workstreams
-
Fluency with operating software systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and comfort building views, reports, and dashboards
Bonus points
-
Direct ownership of a P&L or operating budget
-
Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
-
Experience in healthcare/long-term care or insurance
-
Experience building/managing customer service or call center functions
-
Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Quickbooks Desktop
-
Experience as EOS Integrator
