The Role at a Glance
As the VP, Life, Disability, Absence Product Leader, in our Workplace Solutions Group Protection (GP) Product team, you will provide strategic leadership to drive effective market intelligence analysis, product strategy and development, and life-cycle management of non-medical insurance products, including Disability, Absence, Life, and Worksite products. You will be responsible for developing strategy and leading constant improvement in product innovation, business development and coordinating with Distribution and other senior leaders on expansion into existing, new, tangent or underdeveloped markets. You will bring a disciplined, data-driven approach and a proven ability to connect financial insights to product innovation, market positioning, and operational execution—delivering both top-line growth and sustained profitability.
