As VP, Head of Technology, you will shape and execute the technology roadmap for a dynamic and evolving business unit. You’ll lead a high-performing team of engineers and architects, drive modernization, and partner with senior business leaders to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions that are highly competitive in today’s dynamic world.
What you'll be doing
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Group Protection leadership to align technology initiatives with business strategy and growth objectives.
- Technology Roadmap Ownership: Architect and implement a multi-year roadmap focused on application rationalization, modernization, innovation leveraging AI, and implementation of sector-specific software solutions.
- Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and guide a team of seasoned engineers and technical leads.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of innovation,
