What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and enhance online visibility.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales goals.
- Lead a growing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Drive the overall marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–15 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies.
- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads and Google Search campaigns.
- Experience in a leadership role within a technology-focused environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.

- Background in AI, B2B, or Devtools industries.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
