About this role
Company Description
Blend360 is a high-growth, AI-forward company at the forefront of data science, analytics, technology, and agentic AI solutions. We partner with leading enterprises to transform business performance by combining consulting expertise, world-class talent, and scalable technology solutions. Our mission is to fuel bold visions and deliver measurable transformation through the seamless alignment of human expertise and artificial intelligence.
Job Description
Blend360 is hiring a senior commercial leader to build and scale its Databricks partnership. This leader will own the external relationship with Databricks and translate it into a disciplined account, co sell, and market motion across Blend. The role connects Databricks field teams with Blend account teams, helps clients turn business priorities into credible Databricks opportunities, and builds the evidence needed for long term partner progression.
The successful candidate is commercially accountable, technically credible, and comfortable working in a matrix. They will not operate as a general alliance manager. They will create field confidence in a small number of differentiated, client backed Databricks offers while ensuring the joint motion produces measurable client outcomes, qualified pipeline, and referenceable work.
Responsibilities
-
Own the Databricks commercial partnership for Blend, including executive relationships, field mapping, partner planning, and an operating cadence with Databricks and Blend leaders.
-
Build and run joint account plans with priority Blend accounts, including named Databricks stakeholders, client sponsors, opportunity hypotheses, next steps, and success measures.
-
Establish co sell qualification rules that focus investment on opportunities with an active Databricks footprint, a business led use case, credible Blend access, and a path to measurable customer value.
-
Work with account, sales, solution, and delivery leaders to shape pursuits, executive workshops, proposals, and account expansion plans.
-
Develop a focused go to market narrative around governed data and AI applications, modernization, and industry specific use cases rather than generic implementation capacity.
-
Partner with the Databricks Field CTO/Technical Leader to ensure field commitments reflect Blend delivery readiness, architecture standards, certified capacity, and reusable assets.
-
Create the commercial evidence needed for partnership progression, including influenced or sourced pipeline, joint customer outcomes, references, partner plan execution, and market ready offers.
-
Maintain an accurate view of Databricks opportunity health, blockers, account coverage, and leadership decisions; escalate issues early and drive resolution across functions.
-
Represent Blend in relevant Databricks field events, executive meetings, and industry forums, using client value and delivery proof rather than unsubstantiated claims.
-
First 120 Days
-
Confirm Blend current partnership baseline, current program requirements, and the evidence required for the next tier with the Databricks Partner Account Manager.
-
Map priority Databricks field relationships and establish a weekly commercial operating cadence.
-
Launch five to eight joint account plans with clear owners, mutual next steps, and a defined value hypothesis.
-
Define co sell qualification, CRM visibility, and pipeline review practices for the partnership.
-
Align three to four priority use case wedges with Databricks field feedback and Blend technical readiness.
-
Success Measures
-
A predictable joint account cadence that produces clear client and Databricks next steps.
-
A qualified co sell pipeline tied to named accounts, use cases, and delivery capacity.
-
Referenceable customer outcomes and credible evidence of Databricks partner progression.
-
A focused market narrative that Databricks sellers and Blend teams can use consistently.
Qualifications
-
Senior commercial, alliance, practice, or solutions leadership experience in a consulting, technology, or data and AI services organization.
-
Demonstrated success building strategic platform partnerships and converting partner relationships into qualified joint opportunities and client outcomes.
-
Experience leading complex account and executive stakeholder conversations, including workshops, value cases, and technology enabled transformation discussions.
-
Working knowledge of the Databricks platform and the data, analytics, governance, AI, and cloud concepts that shape client buying decisions.
-
A track record of collaborating effectively with technical leaders, sellers, account teams, and delivery organizations in a matrix environment.
-
Strong commercial judgment: able to distinguish promising partner activity from pursuits that merit sustained investment.
-
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
-
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience; Databricks certifications and relevant cloud or data platform credentials are an advantage.
