This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role working directly with senior leadership across finance, accounting, and operations. It goes beyond traditional accounting with exposure to valuations, fundraising, portfolio strategy, and process/build initiatives. Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership on fund finance and operations

• Oversee fund administrator, auditors, and tax providers

• Manage investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, and valuations

• Support fundraising and new fund launches

• Track portfolio performance and assist with valuation updates

• Improve systems, workflows, and processes

• Draft investor updates and support key communications

• Assist with select operational and people-related initiatives

• 6-10+ years in fund finance specifically in VC!

• Strong understanding of venture capital accounting and valuations

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong business judgment in fast-paced environments

• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire for broader ownership/growth

• Strong communicator with leadership exposure

• Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented

• Experience improving processes and building workflows is a plus
