In a time of constant change and possibility we need new talent to pursue commercial opportunities, fueled by world-class insight and expertise. We’re always striving for more innovative digital solutions, sustainable outcomes and closer collaboration across our company and beyond, and you could be part of that too. Together we continue to grow as the world’s leading energy company!

Role Purpose

As Vice President, Commercial Performance, you will lead the end-to-end commercial performance agenda for US Convenience & Mobility, a large-scale, multi-channel business serving over three million customers across company-owned, franchise, and partner networks. Reporting to the USCM CEO, you will be accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth, customer engagement, market share expansion, and profitability across key commercial portfolios and strategic growth platforms.

You will own a focused portfolio of commercial business capabilities, including consumer card, fleet, strategic partnerships, loyalty, and payments. These commercial portfolios account for more than $200m+ in Gross Margin delivery annually. This role carries responsibility for optimizing the value of these portfolios, accelerating growth, optimizing return on investment, and ensuring the commercial portfolio delivers measurable financial and customer outcomes. You will oversee commercial performance across multiple revenue streams and customer segments while shaping the roadmap for future growth, innovation, and competitive differentiation.

You will translate enterprise strategy into actionable commercial initiatives, establishing performance targets, governance, and intervention plans that improve business outcomes. Employing advanced analytics, customer insights, and market intelligence, you will identify growth opportunities, uncover performance gaps, and drive execution of initiatives that enhance customer acquisition, retention, frequency, spend, and profitability.

The role requires extensive cross-functional leadership and influence across USCM operations, merchandising, integrated value chains, marketing, digital, loyalty, pricing, finance, technology, and customer experience teams. You will unite partners around shared commercial objectives, align investments to strategic priorities, and ensure capabilities are effectively deployed to generate enterprise value. You will also serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, providing performance insights, strategic recommendations, and business interventions that accelerate growth and improve returns.

This position operates at significant scale, requiring leadership across a complex multi-billion-dollar commercial environment with responsibility for enterprise-wide growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and commercial transformation programs.
