About this role

The VP, ArchViz & M&E Strategy at Chaos owns the vertical strategy, portfolio direction, and business performance of the ArchViz and M&E product lines - spanning V-Ray, Corona, Vantage, and Anima. The role defines where Chaos competes, how the portfolio works together, and how product leadership translates into customer and commercial growth. Operating as a senior individual contributor and cross-functional leader, this role sets the strategic agenda for real-time visualisation, AI integration, and evolving creative workflows across professional markets, and aligns Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around a clear and executable vertical strategy. This role
requires a commercially sharp, product-literate leader with a strong track record of translating portfolio strategy into measurable business outcomes in technically sophisticated software environments.

Own Chaos's real-time visualisation strategy with Vantage as a core pillar, defining how Chaos competes across offline and real-time workflows and how customers move seamlessly between
-
creation, rendering, exploration, review, and presentation.
-
Define how AI changes professional visualisation and content creation - identifying opportunities across generative AI, intelligent automation, scene understanding, materials, image enhancement, and workflow acceleration - ensuring AI capabilities improve speed and usability
-
without sacrificing the quality and control professional customers expect.
-
Own the business performance of the ArchViz and M&E verticals in partnership with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, driving revenue and ARR growth, adoption and engagement, retention, customer acquisition, cross-product suite adoption, and pricing and

Experience with pricing, packaging, monetisation, and subscription software business models.
-
Experience working with technically sophisticated products and engineering teams, with the ability to engage credibly on technical trade-offs.
-
Experience in 3D, rendering, ArchViz, VFX, animation, real-time visualisation, games technology, CAD/BIM, AI, or professional creative software is highly valued.
