Job title: Volunteer Forms Coordinator
About the Role This volunteer position focuses on handling and distributing volunteer forms and youth paperwork for UpReach Therapeutic Equestrian Center. The role supports training sessions by ensuring applications are downloaded, printed, and completed, and by organizing parental/guardian consent for youth participants.
What You'll Do
- Distribute and collect volunteer paperwork, including the volunteer application.
- Help volunteers download, print, and complete forms prior to training.
- Coordinate youth paperwork and ensure parent or legal guardian completes consent for youth under 18, including age groups 14-15 and 16-17.
What We're Looking For
- Interest in supporting a therapeutic equestrian program.
- Ability to manage forms and paperwork efficiently.
- Respect for privacy and safeguarding youth participants.
Nice to Have
- Experience with volunteer coordination or administrative support.
