About the Role
CASA of NH seeks a dedicated professional to supervise and support Volunteer Advocates who assist children in NH Family Courts. The role partners with CASA leadership to ensure high-quality advocacy, training, and case management in a fast-paced, mission-driven nonprofit environment.
What You'll Do

Supervises Volunteer Advocates who work in NH Family Courts in accordance with court protocols and CASA of NH standards.

Coaches Volunteers throughout the life of each child-protection case to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence to advocate effectively for children who have experienced abuse or neglect.

Maintains accurate, up-to-date court case data and files; ensures compliance with policies.

Collaborates with community partners including court personnel, the Division of Children, Youth & Families, and others.

Provides regular input about training needs to CASA leadership; helps shape curricula and opportunities.

Conducts monthly volunteer support groups and ensures ongoing training opportunities for advocates.

Leverages strong interpersonal skills to empower and retain Volunteer Advocates.

What We're Looking For

Experience supervising staff and/or volunteers and empowering them in their roles

Experience in conducting training with focused enthusiasm and energy

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills

Comfortable learning proprietary software for case tracking

Excellent computer/data skills

Knowledge of the juvenile court/child protection system a plus

Experience working with and respecting people from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds and cultures

Associate’s Degree plus 5+ years’ experience

This is a full-time, salaried position with competitive benefits, generous vacation and sick time, and paid health insurance. The role is based in the Manchester office and will begin in July.
