About the Role UpReach Therapeutic Equestrian Center offers a hands-on vocational training program designed to prepare students for employment in animal care within a therapeutic setting. What You'll Do
- Facilitate and participate in 2-day-per-week, 2-hour sessions covering topics such as equine safety, daily routine care, emergency care, facility maintenance, professionalism, personal accountability, and communication.
- Assess students' hard and soft skills; provide feedback and support with skilled work-site instructors; conduct formal evaluations throughout the program.
- Administer weekly lessons focusing on specific skills with built-in practice time and provide a competency summary upon completion.
