Key Responsibilities
- Teach practical and theoretical aspects of Fashion Design and Garment Making.
- Train students in pattern drafting, fabric selection, cutting, sewing, and garment finishing.
- Supervise vocational projects and assess students' progress.
- Provide pastoral care, guidance, and welfare support to boarding students.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and a conducive living environment within the hostel.
- Monitor students' daily activities and ensure adherence to school rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification or certification in Fashion Design, Garment Making, or a related field.
- Proven practical experience in fashion design and tailoring.
- Experience in student care, hostel management, or a similar pastoral role is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, mentoring, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to student welfare.
