About the Role AHEAD is seeking an experienced VMware Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver advanced VMware training programs for corporate clients, IT professionals, internal engineering teams, and enterprise customers across virtual and hybrid learning environments. The role requires deep VMware infrastructure knowledge and exceptional presentation, mentoring, and curriculum development skills to drive successful IT outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Deliver instructor-led online and in-person training sessions on VMware technologies (vSphere, NSX, vSAN, Horizon, Cloud Foundation, SRM, Aria Suite / vRealize, Tanzu).
• Conduct enterprise-level workshops, boot camps, and hands-on lab sessions; provide advanced demonstrations and real-world implementation scenarios.
• Train participants from beginners to senior infrastructure engineers and architects; facilitate certification-oriented training for VMware certifications.
• Design, develop, and update technical training content, presentations, labs, assignments, and assessments; create real-time lab environments and PoC scenarios; prepare certification preparation material aligned with VMware standards.
• Build and maintain lab infrastructure; troubleshoot virtualization and networking issues during live sessions; ensure availability and performance of training environments.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders; understand training requirements; support pre-sales with technical presentations; collaborate with infrastructure teams, cloud architects, and solution consultants.
• Mentor junior trainers and technical consultants; contribute to continuous improvement of learning methodologies and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• VMware Certified Trainer preferred; Certifications: VCP, VCAP, VCDX – preferred; AWS/Azure/Kubernetes certifications are a plus.
• 12+ years of hands-on VMware training and enterprise virtualization experience.
• Strong technical skills in: VMware vSphere administration and architecture, NSX, vSAN, Horizon, SRM, Aria/vRealize, Tanzu; data center operations; storage/compute virtualization; hybrid cloud; Windows & Linux administration; PowerCLI scripting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong live troubleshooting and problem-solving; experience delivering corporate training globally; familiarity with virtual training platforms and LMS.
• Leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and ability to work with large enterprise audiences.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes.
