Roles span hospitality, events, retail, tour guiding, bar operations and management, and are focused on creating unforgettable guest journeys. What You'll Do
- Create multi-sensory, memorable experiences for guests of all ages and backgrounds.
- Welcome visitors with warmth and tell the stories of Diageo brands across our brand homes and visitor centres.
- Support hospitality, events, retail operations, tours and management to deliver exceptional visitor experiences every day.
- Work as part of a diverse team, delivering guest experiences that reflect Diageo's values and standards.
- Adapt to a busy, guest-focused environment and help guests discover, adventure, and friendship. What We're Looking For
- A passion for meeting new people from around the world and crafting exceptional visitor experiences.
- Interest or experience in hospitality, events, retail, tour guiding, bar operations or management; willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; adaptable, reliable, and able to thrive in a visitor-centre environment.
- Willingness to take on fixed-term/contract roles (summer opportunities) in Scotland. Nice to Have
- Diverse vocational backgrounds welcomed (e.g., backgrounds from opera, retail, hospitality, law, or other fields) - not required.
