About the Role
Join Alcon's Vision Care team in Nagoya to regularly visit ophthalmology clinics and contact lens retailers, recommending prescriptions and strengthening sales for contact lenses and care products to doctors and staff. You will aim to expand market share with Alcon's unique 'Live Gel Silicone' contact lenses and lead the digitization of contact lens sales by proposing the new MARLO system.
What You'll Do
- Regularly visit ophthalmology clinics and contact lens retailers to explain products, negotiate pricing, and provide information sessions for doctors and staff.
- Support doctors and staff in understanding products and lead seminars and educational events.
- Propose and roll out MARLO, a new system aimed at digitizing contact lens selling.
- Share information with other business units to provide physicians with comprehensive ophthalmology solutions and build strong trust with doctors.
- Maintain a high degree of autonomy and timing; direct visits and return visits are possible, with self-directed time management.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of sales experience with a valid driver's license.
- Strong selling, market analysis, sales management, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate within the Vision Care team.
- Passion for working in contact lens sales.
