We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Visa Consultant to assist clients with visa applications, travel documentation, and immigration related processes.
The ideal candidate must have previous work experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of visa application procedures.

Provide professional visa consultation and guidance to clients based on their travel needs and destinations.
Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and supporting documents.
Assist clients with completing visa application forms and preparing the necessary documentation.
Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
Schedule visa appointments and coordinate submission processes where applicable.
Keep clients informed about application progress, embassy requirements, and relevant updates.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure the confidentiality of personal information.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of required documents.
Stay updated on changes in visa policies, immigration regulations, and travel requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
Previous work experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar visa processing or immigration consultancy role is mandatory.
Good knowledge of visa application procedures and travel documentation requirements.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to manage multiple client applications and meet deadlines.
A relevant qualification in Travel and Tourism, International Relations, or a related field is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

N200,000 monthly
