The Role This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.
As a Fullmind School Counselor, you will:

Deliver virtual school counselor services that support students’ academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth

Complete evaluations, assessments, and reports

Create and carry out intervention plans and recommendations

Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with the rigor districts require when required

Partner with families, school-based staff, teachers, case managers, and administrators to keep everyone aligned on student progress

Promptly notify campus and district contacts when a student misses a session, and immediately notify them of threats or safety concerns.
Requirements
- Must have an active Arizona School Counselor certificate.
- Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions on any license held
- Experience with virtual platforms for assessment and virtual delivery in a school/IEP context
- Reliable, FERPA-compliant technology setup: webcam, headset, stable high-speed internet, private/distraction-free workspace.
- Comfort collaborating remotely with classroom teachers, case managers, and families
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
