About this role
FullTech Staffing Co is hiring for a Virtual Job Applications & Operations Assistant to support our remote team serving clients in the US, UK and Canada. This full-time role is based remotely in Nigeria and offers a base salary of ₦115,000 per month plus performance bonuses. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy and capable of managing high-volume job application workflows for multiple clients.
Responsibilities
- Tailor resumes, cover letters and screening responses using AI tools
- Manage job portal accounts and track applications
- Meet daily quotas by submitting 25 tailored applications per day
- Deliver daily and weekly performance reports
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong written and spoken English communication
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and spreadsheets
- Ability to learn new AI tools and job portals quickly
