Job Description Innovex AI is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to join their team and contribute to daily operations. This role is ideal for an organized individual passionate about customer service and social media engagement.

In this position, you will be instrumental in managing client communications, administrative tasks, and enhancing the company's online presence. Your efforts will directly support the conversion of inquiries into successful orders, playing a key role in business growth.

The role requires approximately 28 hours per week, with core hours from 11 AM to 3 PM Melbourne time, ensuring flexibility while maintaining essential coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage emails, invoices, quotations, and customer records.

• Manage Instagram Stories, Reels, captions, and direct messages.
• Support administrative tasks and customer enquiries for an interior design business.
• Prepare daily reports and track pending tasks.

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Instagram management and content creation skills

• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
