About the Role VIP Hosts at House of Blues Myrtle Beach sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, and priority entry to General Admission concert patrons, handling the sale from pitch to payment and fulfillment. You will check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele throughout their venue visit to ensure a memorable VIP experience. Anticipate VIP client needs and build strong relationships with Foundation Members and VIP clients while coordinating with operations to deliver premium experiences. What You'll Do
- Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, priority entry, and other premium experiences to concert patrons on nights of shows.
- Manage the sale from pitch to payment processing and experience fulfillment.
- Check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele to ensure a top-tier experience.
- Anticipate client needs and provide recognition to Foundation Members, Live Nation Executives, and VIP patrons.
- Build strong relationships with Foundation Room members and VIP clients.
- Utilize and develop CRM programs for House of Blues VIP clientele.
- Coordinate operations on show nights with the Ops Director, servers, and security to deliver premium experiences.
- Execute nightly VIP setup including Check In, VIP seating areas, table-top personalization, and signage as needed.
- Maintain professional, articulate communication and adapt to the current audience. What We're Looking For
- Proven track record selling VIP upgrades, premium seats, and related experiences.
- Ability to pitch, close sales, and process payments; experience with fulfillment.
- Strong customer service and guest-satisfaction focus; ability to anticipate VIP needs.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with Foundation Members and VIP clients.
- Experience coordinating with operations, servers, and security during events.
- Familiarity with CRM programs and VIP client databases.
