Job title: VIP Host - Fillmore Minneapolis
About the Role The VIP Host at Fillmore Minneapolis will play a key role in recognizing Live Nation Executives and VIP guests, and in delivering a premium guest experience within the lounges and music areas. This onsite role supports guest flow, coordination of act timing, and maintaining the ambiance throughout the venue.
What You'll Do
- Give proper recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIPs to instill appreciation for their patronage.
- Serve as a resource of information for guests regarding their experience within lounges and music areas.
- Assist guests with timing of supporting acts and headliner performances.
- Provide assistance to all positions and communicate effectively with team members to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain contact with Manager, Bar Staff, and Server regarding the arrival of all guests.
- Observe lounge area to uphold ambiance of the lounge or seating section.
- Use articulate vocabulary and adapt to socializing with diverse audiences.
- Present an exemplary, professional appearance.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and provide superior service.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations, problem solving.
- Skills in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, verbal skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to diffuse potentially volatile situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Flexible schedule.
