About the Role VIP Host to drive a premium hospitality experience at Shoreline Amphitheatre as part of Live Nation Concerts. The role focuses on recognizing Live Nation Executives and VIPs, serving as a resource of information for guests in lounges and music areas, and coordinating with staff to ensure a superior guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Give proper recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIPs to instill appreciation for their patronage.
• Serve as a resource of information for Guests regarding their experience within both the lounges and music areas.
• Assist guests regarding the timing of the supporting acts and headliner acts.
• Provide assistance to all positions and communicate effectively with others to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain contact with Manager, Bar Staff, and Server regarding the arrival of all guests.
• Observe lounge area, upholding the ambiance of the lounge or seating section.
• Exhibit articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with audience.
• Present exemplary and professional appearance.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and provide superior service.
• Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show. Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
• Partner with fellow band members at end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
• Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
