Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.

Manage a portfolio of LatAm VIP clients and provide personalized support to each user;

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a high level of service;

Experience you’ll need to bring:
Previous experience in VIP account management, customer support, sales, or a similar client-facing role;
Strong English communication skills - Upper Intermediate level;
Spanish will be a plus but not mandatory;
Experience managing client requests independently and handling multiple priorities;
Ability to build client relationships and provide personalized support;
Experience working in the iGaming industry.
