Job title: Vinyl Room Operations Supervisor - Hollywood Palladium
About the Role The Vinyl Room Operations Supervisor will lead day-of-show operations for the Vinyl Room at the Hollywood Palladium. This role works directly with the Director of Operations to ensure VIP lounge reservations run smoothly and that service standards are met during shows.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the Director of Operations to perform day-of-show duties.
- Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries and concerns regarding VIP lounge reservations.
- Work through and correct guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service-related situations.
- Follow up with Concessionaire AGM, and Director of Operations to ensure service standards are met.
- Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to Live Nation policy.
- Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through the work area and reporting any issues encountered.
- Supervise Operations staff and ensure staff receive their mandated rest and meal breaks.
- Suggestive selling of all venue products and services when applicable.
- Keep current on all Standard Operating Procedures.
