About the Role Vineyard Foreman responsible for leading daily vineyard operations at the Arbuckle estate, coordinating crews and ensuring quality fruit for production. This role ensures timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Supervise vineyard crews, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet seasonal targets.
- Oversee pruning, canopy management, irrigation, pest/disease monitoring, and harvest activities.
- Ensure safety, maintain equipment, and manage vineyard operations daily.
What We're Looking For
- Prior vineyard foreman or lead experience; strong viticulture knowledge.
- Ability to manage crews, schedule work, communicate with winery partners.
- Comfortable operating vineyard equipment and adhering to safety protocols.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Trinchero Family Estates or similar large wine production operations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage: $23 - $28 per hour.
