Valeo’s VIE Program?The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!Business France, the French agency for international business development, is in charge of all the administrative procedures of your assignment. We are looking for a VIE Supply Chain Coordinator for 12 months within the team.
Your challenges? You support the coordination and optimization of material flows from suppliers to production lines to ensure smooth operationsYou contribute to production planning activities by supporting forecasts, schedules, and capacity alignmentYou monitor supply chain performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiencyYou collaborate with internal teams and external partners to anticipate issues and ensure supply chain continuityYou support inventory management activities to optimize stock levels while securing production needsYou contribute to the implementation of supply chain improvements, processes, and toolsYou prepare performance reports and presentations to support decision-making and operational follow-up
Let’s talk about you… You have a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldYou have previous experience in supply chain, logistics, production planning, or operations through internships, apprenticeships, or a first professional experienceYou are fluent in English. Knowledge of Japanese is a strong advantageYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoy working with data and performance indicatorsYou have good communication skills, an international mindset, and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking. You are organized, proactive, autonomous, and able to collaborate with different stakeholders in a multicultural environment.You are humble, a good listener, positive, professional, and have a strong sense of diplomacyKnowledge of supply chain tools, data analysis, or continuous improvement methods is a plusPlease, don't forget to apply in English to facilitate the process with our managers.
