About the Role Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of suppliers' components and processes, managing non-conformities, containment actions, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Do
- Manage Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs), ensuring prompt communication with suppliers, and implementing securitization measures
- Set up and drive action plans to achieve NCR targets
- Invoicing the Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ S1) to suppliers
- Handling supplier waiver requests and ensuring effective containment actions
- Organizing retrofits and quality wall processes when necessary
- Collaborating with suppliers to enforce corrective and preventive action plans
- Conducting supplier visits, monitoring improvement roadmaps, and ensuring control plan sustainability
- Overseeing inspections for low-critical parts and contributing to Return of Experience (REX) analysis
- Preparing and monitoring supplier quality reviews to address top issues What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field
- Knowledge in electrical, mechanical, or metal fields is appreciated
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Collaborative, persuasive, and resilient mindset
- Background in quality management is a plus Nice to Have
