VIE – Internal Control Project Assistant (M/F)
Context & Environment
Join TotalEnergies' Marketing & Services branch in Prague, Czech Republic, and contribute to strengthening internal control within a regional hub covering the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
You will participate in the preparation of a regional internal audit and contribute to enhancing process reliability, monitoring controls, and continuously improving practices.

Activities
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Analyze the results of internal control reviews and the associated action plans.
- Understand the processes of entities operating across three countries.
- Coordinate internal audit preparation activities.
- Verify the implementation of Company procedures and rules.
- Check the availability and compliance of documentation.
- Identify gaps, delays, and areas requiring attention.
- Support teams in audit preparation.
- Facilitate coordination between local teams and Head Office stakeholders.
- Structure the follow-up of corrective actions after audits.
- Contribute to the integration of internal control requirements within a new entity.
Candidate Profile
You hold at least a Master's degree (university degree or business school) with a specialization in audit, internal control, risk management, or finance.
You have initial experience in one of these fields.
Experience gained in a sector other than the energy industry would be considered an asset, as it can bring new approaches and best practices applicable to our business.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly:
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Word
Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
A minimum C1 level in English is required. A minimum B2 level in French is also required.
