About the Role Take on a new challenge at Alstom in Zurich as VIE Contract Management Support. You will support the Central Critical Claim Office with administrative and operational tasks, help develop and implement tools and processes for contract management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting and training materials. What You'll Do
- Support the Central Critical Claim Office in administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with updates to internal communication, training, and reporting tools
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with regional and functional teams to implement and promote tools and processes
- Contribute to cross-regional claim reporting activities
- Design and implement department-specific procedures and training materials What We're Looking For
- University degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field
- Experience or understanding of working in an international industrial and project environment
- Knowledge of railway products or infrastructure projects is an asset
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting software (SharePoint, QlikSense, Power BI, Power Apps)
- Fluency in English; German is a strong asset, and French is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
