Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, skilled and detail-oriented Videographer & Photographer to produce high-quality video content that effectively captures the hotel’s facilities, services, events and guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and filming video content, operating cameras and related equipment, ensuring quality visuals and audio, and delivering engaging content that aligns with the hotel’s brand and promotional objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot and produce high-quality video content for the hotel.

Capture footage of hotel facilities, rooms, dining areas, events, services and guest experiences.

Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones and other video equipment.

Develop appropriate shots, angles and compositions based on the purpose of each video.

Coordinate with hotel staff, guests and other relevant personnel during filming.

Edit raw footage into polished and engaging video content.

Add appropriate music, transitions, captions, graphics and other elements where required.

Maintain and properly store video equipment and digital files.

Ensure all content reflects the hotel’s brand, standards and image.

Work with management to develop content ideas and filming schedules.

Deliver completed videos within agreed timelines.

Maintain an organised library of raw and edited video assets.

Consistently produce high-quality, visually appealing and professionally edited video content.

Deliver assigned projects within agreed timelines.

Maintain consistent visual quality and alignment with the hotel’s brand.

Properly handle, maintain and account for all video equipment.

Build a well-organised and accessible library of video assets.

Demonstrate creativity in presenting the hotel, its services and guest experiences.

Minimise avoidable technical errors, delays and loss of footage.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of OND / HND in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, Photography or a related field; relevant professional training will also be considered with 1 – 3 years of experience in videography, content creation, media production or a related role.
- Proven ability to operate professional or semi-professional cameras and video equipment.
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous videography or video production work is required.
- Experience creating hospitality, lifestyle, social media or promotional content is an advantage.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition and audio recording.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
