Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage content calender across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube)

Write, direct and oversee production of all video scripts.

Mentor and manage Content Creators within the unit.

Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality videos for marketing campaigns, events, interviews, advertisements, and social media.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop creative concepts.

Edit videos using professional editing software while ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity.

Organize and maintain video archives and production assets.

Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.

Stay updated on emerging video production trends, techniques, and technologies.

Assist in developing storyboards and production schedules.

Ensure all video content complies with company policies and copyright requirements.
