About the Role Operate proactively as part of Lafayette College’s Communications Division, supporting the Athletic Communications Department in publicizing Lafayette’s 23 NCAA Division I sports. The role directs live broadcasts, manages freelancers, and helps curate the brand and non-gameday content to promote Lafayette Athletics. What You'll Do
- Report directly to the Video Production Manager and the Video Production Assistant
- Direct live broadcasts for ESPN+/Lafayette Sports Network
- Manage a team of freelancers
- Set up and breakdown equipment for broadcasts
- Assist in continuing to curate a brand for Lafayette Athletics
- Increase non-gameday content to promote Lafayette’s mission and core values What We're Looking For
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro X
- Experience in Live Sport Productions
- Experience with NewTek Products (TriCaster, 3PLAY, NC IO), and SimplyLive preferred but not required
- Background/experience in post-production
- Passion for college athletics
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of JVC Pro cameras, and filming live events
- Knowledge of Canon cameras (preferred)
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure Nice to Have

- Part-time position; hours will vary by week and sports schedule. Single rate per game worked.
