About the Role Part-time role in Lafayette College’s Communications Division, Athletic Communications Department, supporting live broadcasts and brand development for Lafayette Athletics across 23 NCAA Division I sports. What You'll Do
- Direct live broadcasts for ESPN+/Lafayette Sports Network
- Manage a team of freelancers
- Set up and breakdown equipment for broadcasts
- Assist in continuing to curate a brand for Lafayette Athletics
- Increase non-gameday content to promote Lafayette’s mission and core values What We're Looking For
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut X
- Experience in Live Sport Productions
- Experience with NewTek Products (Tricaster, 3 PLAY, NC I/O), and SimplyLive preferred but not required
- Background/experience in post-production
- Passion for college athletics
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of JVC Pro cameras, and filming live events
- Preferred Knowledge of Canon cameras
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure Nice to Have
- Preferred Knowledge of Canon cameras Compensation & Benefits
- Part-time position. Hours will vary by week and sports schedule. Single rate per game worked.
