Job Description
Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for crafting compelling narratives through video and photography? We are seeking a talented Video Editor/Videographer to join our dynamic team and bring creative visions to life.
In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage and stunning photographs, then transforming them into polished, engaging content. Your expertise will be crucial in creating dynamic videos and editing them into creative formats that resonate with our target audience, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth transitions.
You will also provide valuable advice and expertise on optimal background setups for videography and photography, and be adept at assembling, setting up, and maintaining all necessary video and photography equipment. Planning, preparing, and rehearsing scenes will be part of your creative process, alongside close collaboration with team members on various video and camera-related assignments.

Key Responsibilities
- Shoot professional videos and photos, and edit them for professional outcomes.
- Edit videos into creative formats for the target audience, ensuring logical sequencing and smooth running.
- Provide advice and expertise on appropriate background setup for videography & photography work.
- Assemble, set up, and maintain video & photography equipment.
- Plan, prepare, and rehearse scenes.
- Collaborate with team members on video and camera-related assignments.
- Provide advisory services on video and camera-related issues to Ringier and its clients.
- Offer editing perspectives during shoots to aid in the production of professional videos.
- Review shooting scripts for relevant input.
- Respond quickly to directions and follow camera scripts.
- Continuously discover and implement new relevant technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong creative sensibility and a portfolio of relevant work.
- Proficiency with standard tools, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Degree in Communication Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, Cinematography, or related fields.
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and other relevant applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused.
- Creative, professional, and able to pay attention to detail.
