About this role
NeoWork is hiring Video Editors to join creative teams producing content for U.S. brands. You will edit short-form and long-form video for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns, turning raw footage into content that performs.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form and long-form video for social media, paid ads, websites, and marketing campaigns

Enhance footage with color correction, audio cleanup, transitions, captions, and motion graphics

Adapt content for multiple formats and platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube, Meta Ads)

Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs while bringing your own ideas

Manage project files and asset libraries for an efficient workflow

Deliver high-quality edits on tight, recurring deadlines

Requirements

2+ years of professional video editing experience

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve)

Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual style

A portfolio showcasing recent editing work

Good written and spoken English for working with U.S. teams

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Based in Colombia, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
