Job Description Maxima Productions is seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling visual narratives for a diverse range of digital and commercial projects under the Maxima Media Group umbrella.

You will collaborate closely with our production team, transforming raw footage into polished, high-quality video content that resonates with audiences and upholds our stringent brand standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented editor to contribute significantly to impactful media productions.

Required Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Storytelling, Pacing, Sound Design, Visual Composition, Attention to Detail, Time Management

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for both digital platforms and commercial campaigns. Collaborate effectively with the production team to conceptualize and develop engaging visual stories. Integrate transitions, special effects, sound design, precise color grading, and dynamic motion graphics as required. Ensure all video content consistently adheres to established quality benchmarks and brand guidelines. Efficiently manage multiple video projects simultaneously, consistently meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in video editing or a closely related field. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or comparable tools. A strong foundational understanding of visual storytelling principles, effective pacing, sound design, and visual composition. A compelling portfolio showcasing your previous video editing work and creative capabilities. Exceptional attention to detail and robust time management abilities.
