About the Role We’re seeking a Video Editor (AI-Forward) to join RingCentral’s fast-paced, AI-first creative studio. You’ll cut clean, platform-ready videos and help build AI-driven workflows to reinvent how video is produced and delivered across social and other channels. The role blends traditional craft with cutting-edge AI tooling to accelerate production while maintaining storytelling quality.
What You'll Do
- 40% editing — talking-head, social, short-form; transform raw footage to finished, scroll-stopping, platform-ready videos.
- 40% generative AI — creating and integrating AI image/video/voice into real productions, building node-based workflows, and continuously seeking opportunities to replace manual steps with AI.
- 10% on set — light shoot support at the Belmont office: setup, lighting, audio, capture.
- 10% whatever the work needs — motion-graphics polish, problem-solving, and flexible contributions as required.

- Premiere Pro power user. Fast, clean, deadline-proof.
- Solid After Effects — templates, lower thirds, light motion graphics.
- Real eye for pacing, sound, and finish; you sweat the details.
- Efficient, bottleneck-aware; you minimize render times.
- Passionate about building AI skills and learning novel workflows.
- Ability to make AI VO sound human and leverage generative AI in workflows.
- You deliver social edits that sizzle and stay up-to-date with trends.
Nice to Have
- Experience with node-based AI tools like Flora or ComfyUI (Flora as home base; ComfyUI in the lab).
- Proxy-based workflows.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $87,850 – $125,500 per year (USD), with eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
