Job title: Video Collaboration High Touch Account Manager

About the Role Logitech is seeking a Video Collaboration High Touch Account Manager to drive growth of the Video Collaboration business in Thailand. The role focuses on identifying and winning top corporate end users, owning the go-to-market plan, and meeting quota. Initially the role has no direct reports and sits within a fast-growing, collaborative team.

What You'll Do

• Focus on country top corporate end users within Thailand and engage with Local MSFT, Google, Zoom, and vendor teams (Alliances).
• Cross-sell across category segments to maximize wallet share/spend of corporate end users in Thailand.
• Own the high-touch engagement plan and execution; develop and execute the quarterly business plan.
• Sell the Video Collaboration portfolio, win RFPs and standards within target accounts; drive new business development and subsequent account management.
• Identify cross- and upsell opportunities; maintain an accurate and updated sales funnel; ensure Salesforce pipeline is current.
• Set up quarterly business reviews with key partners and deliver monthly activity reports with objectives and turnover vs budget.
• Travel within the region as required.

What We're Looking For

• 4-6 years of sales experience selling to large corporate clients across Thailand; strong experience with top corporate end users.
• Hands-on mentality; able to manage the entire sales cycle; strong marketing background and understanding of leads through the funnel.
• Results-driven, prioritizes effectively; excellent collaboration, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
• Creative strategic thinker, fast learner, autonomous and self-motivated; exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Influential communicator with great presentation skills; persuasive, charismatic, engaging, and confident.
• International mindset; fluency in English is essential; willingness to travel in the region.
