Job title: Video Collaboration Cluster Category Manager, Japan
About the Role The Video Collaboration Cluster Category Manager, Japan leads the VC category for Logitech in Japan, owning P&L and driving 4P programs to grow the local market. This role works cross-functionally with AP Regional Team, Japan B2B Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, reporting to the Japan GM, to translate category strategy into action.
What You'll Do
- Own P&L for the total Japan VC category and lead 4P management (product offering, new product launches, pricing, margins, and channel strategy).
- Own demand and supply planning for VC products, collaborating closely with Sales and Supply Chain.
- Analyze B2B customer/partner requirements and relay feedback to the VC Business Group to reflect local needs in future products and solutions.
- Influence local B2B channel partners by sharing product roadmaps, global strategy, and competitive analysis.
- Develop VC execution plans based on customer insight, market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Leverage global partners (Microsoft, Zoom, Google) to activate local co-marketing and sales activities.
- Contribute to brand strategy development and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and report to the Japan GM.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B, ideally with hardware devices.
- P/L responsibility and 4P leadership for a category/product.
- Strong evangelist to drive VC solutions with an innovative work style.
- Experience with full marketing mix, developing marketing plans and 360 campaigns.
- Experience in brand development, GTM planning/execution, and growing a product line with a comprehensive GTM plan.
- Passion for B2B customer needs and business dynamics; deep understanding of B2B customer/partner preferences and 4P drivers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence brand strategy across the organization.
- Strong data analytics skills and leadership ability to build internal/external relationships; a global team player.
- Ability to work independently and with diverse teams in a matrix organization; strong strategic perspective and problem-solving.
- Organizational savvy, creative writing, teamwork, self-management and self-starter attitude.
- English fluency (verbal and written).
