Summary
Under close supervision, performs service work of considerable difficulty by providing crisis and court assistance to victims of crime, and performs related duties as assigned.
Essential Job Functions
- Provides trauma-informed advocacy services for program participants.
- Answers crisis calls, aid in the development of a safety plan for survivors, assess immediate needs, facilitate intake and/or make referrals as necessary.
- Participates in rotating on-call after hour crisis calls and crisis intervention.
