About the Role We are seeking a Vice Principal to join Our Lady of the Magnificat MAC at St Marie's Catholic Primary School, Rugby. This permanent, full-time post includes a teaching commitment of 0.2FTE and will support the Principal and Assistant Headteacher in day-to-day leadership, upholding the school's Catholic ethos and nurturing environment. What You'll Do
- Support the Principal and the Assistant Headteacher with day-to-day running of the school.
- Work collaboratively with the Principal and the Assistant Headteacher to motivate and inspire staff while making them feel valued and supported.
- Lead and support teaching and learning in Primary education, ensuring high standards and pupil wellbeing.
- Be a practising Catholic and actively promote Catholic ethos and faith development.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and the wider school community. What We're Looking For
- Practising Catholic with commitment to Catholic ethos.
- Passionate about educating young people and prioritising pupil wellbeing.
- Excellent proven track record in teaching and learning within Primary education.
- Ability to work with the Principal and the Assistant Headteacher to lead and develop staff.
- Collaborative, supportive leadership style, capable of motivating and valuing staff.
- Experience in leadership roles in a school setting is desirable. Nice to Have

- Salary £64,691 - £71,330 per year (Actual).
- Leadership L10 to L14 (pay award pending).
