About the Role
The VP, Strategy, Global Supply Chain will shape and operationalize PVH's global supply chain strategy across the end-to-end value chain, partnering with the CSCO and Supply Chain leadership to translate strategic vision into enterprise-wide priorities and measurable outcomes across multiple time horizons and geographies.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a holistic, forward-looking view of PVH's global supply chain strategy to identify and deliver initiatives that strengthen leadership across the category and industry.
- Partner directly with the CSCO to steer strategy implementation, monitor organizational performance, and ensure strategic priorities translate into measurable operational outcomes across the Supply Chain.
- Establish and lead strategic governance, business performance reviews, KPI management, and execution tracking processes to drive accountability, visibility, and continuous improvement across Supply functions.
- Conceptualize and operationalize strategies that increase speed, flexibility, resilience, efficiency, and agility across the end-to-end value chain.
- Lead PVH Supply's strategic priorities and support leadership through prioritization, implementation, and successful execution of key initiatives.
- Partner with Regional Leadership teams across North America, Europe, and Asia to align regional strategies with the broader global Supply vision and performance objectives.
- Lead strategic analysis to solve complex business challenges, uncover growth and operational opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations and execution roadmaps.
- Study external industries, emerging technologies, and global trends to identify competitive opportunities and benchmark best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to shape and execute enterprise-wide supply chain strategy in a global context and translate vision into actionable plans.
- Strong partnership skills to work with the CSCO and Supply Chain leadership across functions and geographies.
- Experience establishing governance, performance reviews, KPI management, and PMO-like execution frameworks.
- Analytical, strategic thinker capable of developing actionable roadmaps and driving cross-functional execution.
- Global perspective with experience across North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Ability to influence, lead cross-functional teams, and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with macroeconomic, geopolitical, trade, technology, and consumer trends impacting global supply chains.

- Experience with digital transformation, systems integration, and execution excellence as part of supply chain initiatives.
- Track record of turning strategy into operational execution and measurable performance improvements.
